However, the way we collect information or the data we need to work on has changed so rapidly that traditional professionals lack the ability to harness this growth and provide actionable insights to clients to make rapid decisions.
- In today's digital world, markets are waking up to the adoption of new technologies and the way customer's buying behaviour has evolved as a result. The overemphasis of many Corporations on traditional techniques such as face-to-face interviews, focus groups, and in-depth interviews, often leads to a narrow view of customer's behaviour and expectations, often influenced by the respondent's memory, bias and other limitations.
